CINDY HOLTFRETER

Cindy Holtfreter, RDH, BS, CPCC, SEP is a professional certified coach with over 20 years of experience, education & training in leadership and team engagement.

Cindy coaches successful, heart-centered professionals who have the experience that there is something more they want for themselves, their career and for the people they care about.  She helps her clients to know, appreciate and trust themselves at deep and profound levels.  She helps them develop authentic, engaging and empowering relationships with everyone around them.  She helps her clients to develop their own natural intuition to create, lead and allow their rich and joy filled life to unfold.

Cindy has a passion for teaching, coaching and making a difference.  Two core beliefs that Cindy holds true are, that we are each more powerful than you know yourself to be and we are all leaders.   By holding up a proverbial mirror, Cindy helps her clients know who they truly are.  She helps them to discover, name and share their unique leadership qualities, skills and gifts.   As each person owns his or her power, the current model for leadership is challenged and breaks down.  A new way of consciously and intentionally leading emerges.  Cindy calls this Conscious Co-Creative Leadership.

CPCC – A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute, recognized as one of the premier & established coaching institutions.

SEP – A Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.  Somatic Experiencing was developed by Peter A. Levine, PhD and is an adjunctive therapy for supporting clients in the release of trauma.  As a coach, Cindy uses this work to alleviate tension, anxiety and fear of past-based events, as well as help to release limiting beliefs and self-imposed constraints allowing for freedom, joy and full self-expression.
